Wedding Ceremony Agreement

The couple understands that they are receiving the services of CELEBRANT Free Faith Fellowship Ministries
who is authorized to perform the rite of marriage in  the State of Minnesota.

517.05 CREDENTIALS OF MINISTER - Ministers of any religious denomination, before they are authorized to
solemnize a marriage, shall file a copy of their credentials of license or ordination with the court administrator of
the district court of a county in this state, who shall record the same and give a certificate thereof. The place
where the credentials are recorded shall be endorsed upon and recorded with each certificate of marriage granted
by a minister.
The Officiant’s Credentials are on file with the District Court of Ramsey County in the State of Minnesota

We reserves the right to refuse any service that we are not comfortable performing

The Officiant and The Couple hereby agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. The Officiant shall perform a marriage ceremony for The Couple on

Full Service Ceremony - $200-$450    Basic Ceremony - $150-$250

A.  Deposit
A retainer fee of
50% of entire ceremony cost MUST be paid in advance and is required, along with a signed
contract, to book a date and time for a wedding.  A portion of the retainer fee is not refundable (see cancellation
policy) should the wedding be cancelled for any reason.  The
50% Retainer fee is based on the total package cost.
The couple is required to pay
50% ($0.00) of the agreed upon amount of $0.00 at the time of booking, as a
retainer (see cancellation policy) for our services and to reserve your date and time. The remaining balance is due
on the wedding date prior to the ceremony. Upon signature and receipt of deposit, we will reserve the date and
time agreed upon, by signing the completed contract. Abundance of Love will maintain the original copy of this
contract and the couple will receive a copy for their files.

B.  Payment Terms
Only cash check or money order will be accepted. Please make all checks payable to Celebrant; please refer to
the Returned Check Fee policy for information on returned checks. The Couple understands that if their account
is not paid in full on the wedding date and prior to the ceremony, The Officiant
Will NOT perform the ceremony.

C. Cancellation / Refund Policy
This contract reserves The Couple’s date and time of ceremony; thus, preventing us from booking another couple
for the same date and time. For this purpose; if for any reason the couple decides not to use our service the
couple must inform us in writing prior to the date of ceremony to release them from the contract. In the event of
cancellation, the couple understands that
$50 of the retainer is nonrefundable.

or cancellations within 14 days of the wedding date, there is no refund.

Should The Officiant have to cancel; the couple will receive a 100% refund on all payments.
Refunds will be returned within 60 days.

D.  Returned Check Fee
The couple will be responsible for all expenses incurred as a result of a returned check fee including all bank fees.
The current returned check fee is $30.00.       *3 A-D (please initial here) _________/_________

THE OFFICIANT’S RESPONSIBILITIES:

A. Email confirmation, with the date, time and location of the wedding ceremony and rehearsal if applicable.

B.  Shall offer a selection of vows, readings and ring exchanges. Email the selections and review all readings,
vows, ring exchange, and prayers with the contact person. Make suggestions and design the ceremony outline.
Both The Officiant and The Couple will communication by email on regular basis as needed. Email will serve as “In
Writing”

C.  A final outline of the service (all readings, vows etc.) emailed to The Couple 24 hrs prior to the ceremony.  

D. The Officiant arrives 20-30 minutes prior to the service. The Officiant will leave ample time to allow for the
unforeseen. A phone number at the site will be available to The Officiant and The Officiant will have her cell on
during this time. Cell phones will be turned off once at the site. During the ceremony all cells are off.

E. The Officiant reviews the order of the service with either the Bride or the contact person.

F. Reviewing the license, license is handed off to The Officiant. The Couple will present their ID.

G. The Officiant will meet with the witnesses, they will present their ID and insure that they are 16 years of age or
older and have their full name which will be used on the license. This will be done PRIOR to ceremony.

H. The Officiant shall officiate the wedding, complete and execute the marriage license, assure that the license is
returned to the Minnesota County of issue in accordance with the instructions set forth by the jurisdiction from
where the license was obtained. In accordance to Minnesota law - copy of the certificate will be issued to The
Couple at the time of signing. The County will mail The Couple the certified copy.

THE COUPLE’S RESPONSIBILITIES:

A.  The Couple understands they MUST obtain a Marriage License and shall provide such Marriage License to
The Officiant to review and execute on the wedding date PRIOR to the ceremony. Failure to have these legal
documents means The Officiant cannot legally perform the ceremony and is in no obligation to do so, regardless
of the inconvenience it may cause. By Minnesota Law The Officiant cannot & will not perform any ceremony
without the valid marriage license on site and presented to The Officiant Prior to the ceremony.

B. The Couple shall not change the date, time, location of the wedding ceremony as listed above without first
contacting and advising The Officiant of the change so as to determine The Officiant availability to perform the
ceremony. If The Couple does change the date, time or location of the scheduled wedding ceremony and The
Officiant is unavailable to perform the ceremony, then The Officiant reserves the right to cancel. The Officiant will
in no way be held responsible or liable in any manner whatsoever for non-performance. The Couple also forfeits
the deposit for non-compliance with this agreement.

C. The Couple accepts responsibility for purchasing items needed to perform any of the smaller ceremonies that
they wish to include in their ceremony (i.e. Unity Candles, wine, roses, sand, breakable glass).  If The Couple
requests any special services from the Officiant, these details shall be submitted in writing no later than two weeks
prior to the ceremony date.

D. If the ceremony is scheduled as an outdoor event and weather conditions pose difficulty to have a ceremony
outdoors it is the responsibility of The Couple to find an alternative location for the ceremony.

E. The Couple will arrange for the wedding site and payment of any rental fees.

F. Any music, sound equipment, lighting or other media will be paid directly by The Couple.

G. Provide The Officiant, the address and phone number for the site of the wedding ceremony. In addition, you
email directions to the site at least 3 days prior to the wedding.

GENERAL PROVISIONS:

1. The Officiant shall arrive at the wedding location approximately 20-30 minutes prior to the time of the wedding
ceremony.  The Couple fully understands and agrees that The Officiant shall not be responsible or held liable in
the event The Officiant is prohibited from performing the Couple’s wedding ceremony due to illness,
hospitalization, auto accident, transportation breakdown/disruption, acts of God such as hurricanes or inclement
weather or other unforeseen incapacitation or other cause of non-arrival on the day of the ceremony.  The
Officiant will be responsible to make every attempt to notify The Couple and to provide for a substitute Officiant
who can perform a wedding ceremony if time and resources permit.  In any event, The Officiant, shall NOT be held
liable for any compensation or any damages (including punitive) due to non-performance of any
ceremony/function resulting from such incapacitation's, non-arrival.

2. The Couple gives permission and shall allow The Officiant to post a photograph(s) of them with The Officiant on
the Officiant’s website for viewing by the Internet community.  The Couple acknowledges that this is for promotional
purposes only and they do not expect any compensation of any kind.  

3. The Officiant gives permission and shall allow The Couple to use any photographs, videos or other recording
media in which The Officiant is in, or part of, for their Wedding Photos, DVD, Wedding Website.

4. This agreement or any attachments constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and may not be
modified except in writing signed by both parties or by the acknowledgement of e-mail received by both parties. No
other representations or promises have been made except those that are set out in this agreement.  If any part of
this agreement is adjudged invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining parts shall not be affected and remain
in full force and effect.

This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and may not be modified except in writing
signed by all parties. No other representation or promises have been made except those that are set out in this
agreement.  A copy of this Agreement will be sent to both the Bride and Groom.
